Lean Password Hasher - How to Create Secure and Memorable Passwords

I'm a free PHP/HTML5 developer, interested in web applications, websites, and a lot of other things. I always try to create something useful. I created a free application that helps you to create secure and memorable passwords.

I spent a lot of time thinking about the problems users have when creating passwords. The problems that prevent people from using the same password for multiple websites. You might remember your email account, Facebook account, Twitter account, and you might want to make it the same for all of them.

You might remember your mobile, your laptop, your desktop, and your home server, you might want to make them all the same. You might want to have a secure and memorable password for each one. The problem is that people get lazy and they make the same password for all of them.

That's why it's good to have an app that will help you remember passwords. It's not the best, but it's better than nothing.

Why Lean Password Hasher?

For one, it uses HMAC. HMAC is a cryptographic hash function used to create a fixed-size authentication tag that is added to a piece of information before it is transmitted, and removed after it has been received.

It asks for your master password to create the hash. The master password is the key that you can use to secure your account on different websites.
